Deus Ex Machina? Magically, just 2 days after the Revain return window for this item closed, the remote began magically and randomly broadcasting phantom commands to devices - waking the TV from sleep, selecting channels on Roku, playing random selections, and all possible phantom keys. . The board is brand new. No dirty or sticky keys. Tried changing the batteries but it still happens. GE discontinues support as they are only "GE labeled" but not actually made by GE. Made by a company called Jasco instead. We contacted Jasco via online chat and were told that this product is not eligible for chat support and needs a technical review what they call during business hours and Jasco says they will send a replacement. Please note this is the second of these remotes we've bought and the first one we got a few years ago worked fine, we just lost it or it got eaten by dogs or something. The second item is defective.
