Obviously offshore metal. It's not structural steel. Whatever brand of metal it falls under, it's too weak for this length. Due to the weakness of the material, all the details had to be cut out. It was obvious the material was of poor quality as he sliced like butter with a cutting wheel. I cut a lot of US 1018 and 1022. The material they are made of is very soft compared to 1018.
