Review on Arria by Chad Myers

The tool has helped us to keep track of employee behavior overtime by creating automatic alerts for certain behaviors (ie : reporting time off or absence). It allows you to save your rules as templates so they can be used across multiple users/departments without changing them manually each time. I would like more flexibility when configuring my own parameters but this will improve once we have better knowledge about how it works internally! We are solving our problem regarding tracking performance issues related to employees working hours.
