The software is very easy for our cashier's with minimal training as it just takes some time getting used to pulling up all the information in real-time when scanning an offer during check out! We've been able to capture more data than we had before so I'd say that its helped us improve our business by leaps and bounds over last year!! Nothing really, but everything has improved since implementing this product into my businesses operation system. If they did not have any issues or problems then there isn't much else to talk about - however if their were other ways to make improvements such as better integration between different programs within Dynamics NAV (DYNAMICS AX) would be great. In general though I think overall most people should look towards using DYNAmics Scanning Software due to benefits it brings to the table like capturing accurate customer info without needing additional staff members dedicated solely.
