Ordered instant pot accessories from a brand that expects the same quality and stainless steel as the pot insert. No, that is not so. No better than off-brands. Expected more for this price. Cook egg fritters, tomatoes with spinach and boiled sausage, they stick. I soak them in dish soap all day, clean them with a nylon sponge and then a Brillo cloth. I assume the second pan is for the cheesecake as the bottom is removable it's a waste as it leaks. The best part of the set is the raised stand. Very disappointed, maybe that's why they have so few accessories. I love the instant pot. I use it almost every day and sometimes 2-3 times a day but don't waste your money on this accessory set.
