We have a 6 year old wireless phone system. Many batteries have come and gone. I didn't pay much attention to it, but the last batch was clearly prone to crashes. All were OE specs: 800 mAh and NiCd. Bad idea. That is NimH and 1500 mAh. They arrived quickly and individually wrapped. I also ordered a 2200mAh Nimh from another supplier. All three phones with those and those came to life after about 3 months and are working normally. I noted which phones had which batteries; and will try to update the rating in a year or more. My advice: Forget the original trim specifications set in the Pleistocene.
