This problem was completely solved with the purchase of the Kitfort ice cream maker. The process has been greatly simplified, the ice cream turned out to be incredibly tender and much tastier than store-bought. The only downside to the ice cream maker is the small bowl. We are accustomed to doing at once in a large volume, but in this model it will not work out that way. But, in principle, you can run a couple of times in a row. In general, they are satisfied with the ice cream maker, the modern design and small size of the device allow it to fit into almost any interior. It works a little noisy, but it's not critical, you can endure 45 minutes.
