Plays Famicom games! Five stars for that. Three for that if you don't want a Famicom, it's pretty cheap but the controller feels good (it doesn't play NES cars). I've had several unsuccessful attempts to order a cheaper than the standard Famicom from Japan - there was one seller who confirmed my purchase and then informed me that he had sold it below me in his shop. The other units were way more than I was willing to spend. I already had this item but the cartridge inside appeared to be permanently installed - I went ahead, trusted the seller, pulled FIRMLY and it popped out! This makes it the cheapest Japan compatible Famicom system you can buy! Save money and buy one of these to play your Japanese games. It is also compatible with the light gun and there are many fun games on the multicart, some of them are quite rare like devil's world but most of them are just fine. However, there is a lot for the money. The Famicom compatibility gives me an A. If you have a Famicom or don't care and just want American NES stuff, this is more of a three star game.
