The OEM cables on the Tin T2 are good but not great and the MMCX on my left earcup would bind and fall out, especially with a lot of movement. This cable is a definite upgrade all round. It's thinner, the MMCX connections feel a lot better, and the cable's in-ear curve makes them very comfortable too. It's too early to talk about durability, which is why it got 4 out of 5 runs. It looks like it will be very durable, but it's too early to tell. The value is also very good and I am happy with this $20 purchase. 5 week update. June 6, 2020 The shaft on one of the connectors broke, rendering one side unusable. I really liked this cable but lowered the rating to one star. I use them every day but they are not abused and the cord has not been disconnected since they arrived. I use them for general listening and occasionally for sports. The durability of these materials is questionable.
