Pretty duvet
I ordered an oatmeal duvet and was very pleased with how it looked, but the tiny red fibers on the duvet bled out in the wash. I emailed the company and they replied almost immediately asking for a photo. As soon as the photo was received the company refunded my money and said they would notify the factory of the problem. I placed another order for the milky white comforter because it is a really beautiful comforter and the customer service can't be beat.
