Simple, no-frills cleaning and easy handling. I just wanted something easy to use with lots of water as a humidifier with a diffuser option as I wanted to use essential oil. That was excellent. Affordable price is an added bonus, but it's a simple white top-fill design (no need to remove the tank, invert and open the lid, then invert and replace), just pour filtered water into the tank, add Add essential oil directly to the water and close, done. I have this on all the time and often upon waking up the tank is empty with a red light but there is no annoying noise to wake you up, it just stops when the red light is on. The love of using essential oils also makes the room smell delicious.
