The lamp heats up very quickly.
Changed the bulb on my BENQ 2050 and reset the bulb timings. The projector worked fine for 3 minutes and suddenly shut down with fans running. Projector turned back on after 10 minutes. Same problem, goes out after 3 minutes. It looks like the bulb is heating up very quickly. Before replacing the lamp, I thoroughly cleaned the projector and 3 fans and made sure there was no dust or dirt inside. Not sure what's going on. . Can someone help?
- This is an economical lamp, a new type of fluorescent electrode, an economical option.
