The platform is very intuitive, easy to use and has all the features I need for my recruitment process.The reporting and dashboards are also great! Nothing at this stage so far that we dislike too much. It's good if you're looking for something simple but powerful. If you have more complex needs or requirements then maybe it can be difficult to set up everything in one go. We've been able to streamline our recruitment processes using Recruiting. This allows us to focus on finding talent rather than spending hours on manual tasks.
