Review on Armitron Sport Women's 25/6418 Easy-to-Read Dial Resin Strap Watch: Enhanced Style and Convenience by Margarita Grossarth

I ordered this watch in 3 different colors because it looks like other Armitron analog sports watches that I love and have had for over 20 years (and still ) buy and replace available through Revain). In order to change the fashion for accessories I decided to try this new sports watch from Armitron. However, there is a critical flaw in the design of this watch that caused me to return it. I am so disappointed. This clock has little to no contrast between the clock hands and the background of the clock, so you can't see what time it is when you look at it. While it's true that the glass and numbers are larger, they're useless unless you can see the watch hands to tell the time. I don't know why Armitron used a white/silver color for the hands (the same color as the background). Other sports watches that I have used and loved from Armitron for years (and are still available from Revain) have BLACK hands on the watch which makes it easy to see the time even though the numbers are smaller. The only possible exception to what I wrote above is that this is a black watch with gold trim and gold hands as it contrasts better against the black background of the watch.
