Failed to load media. The mop head is excellent. The process of fastening it with a zipper is ridiculous. Make sure you tighten it around the red part that slides up and down. You can thread your own large zip tie through there, but it's unacceptable if the mop is wet - don't let that happen. Just make sure the bottom of the mop head is attached to the red part - this is how you squeeze water out of the mop head. If you can, the mop works better than any other mop I've used. I don't have a carpet at home and I use it on 3 floors. You can use this with hot water and wring it dry enough that it doesn't soak your wooden floor, but you can still clean it just fine. So it's a good mop with a cheap attachment, but at least one you probably have in your garage and can replace yourself.
