That's a really good thing. I'm deducting a star because I ordered M for my 11" mini pin and it's huge. I had to sew to shorten the body a good two inches and add a piece of elastic under the belly to keep it from slipping off my legs. I also ordered an S for my 9" pin and it fits perfectly. (I tried it on my older girl and it was too small.) On both suits I added elastics to the necks as the necks tend to stretch after one "It would stretch for a while and the suit would slip off their bodies. It's suitable. If they were too long. Elasticated necks kept the suits in place. That's something the company needs to think about too.
