I recently bought this shoe and returned it because it was the wrong size (no fault of the seller). However, this pair had marks on the back heel that would have caused me to send them back anyway. Then I bought half a size smaller and they fit perfectly. However the attached photos show that both heels have marks/dents as if they were chewed by an animal or something. VERY disappointing that both pairs I bought were visibly ruined. But the feel good factor is amazing.
