I know how to operate a pop boat. I lit a candle, put it under the cauldron and waited. It burst once or twice but nothing came out until the black soot coming off the painted metal boat forced me to put it out. I tried the next day with the second candle that came with it. The same thing. He was obviously wrong. So I requested a refund. This was ignored by the manufacturer. Bad service. Avoid this seller.
