Review on Riptunes Cassette Boombox: Retro Bluetooth Player and Recorder with AM/FM/SW Radio, USB, SD - Silver by Brad Jeffress

I bought this tape recorder for my son for Christmas and within a month he started shredding the cassette intermittently. In mid-March, he ripped out all the cassettes that were playing on the device. When I contacted RipTunes I was dismayed that they wanted to charge me for a replacement, although they admitted this was unusual and incorrect behavior. I have expressed disappointment with this and there has been absolutely no effort on the part of the companies to fix things. Since RipTunes support does not seem willing to replace a defective product, I cannot recommend this device to anyone.
