Shelf came very promptly. The box was heavier than I expected, but quite manageable.The first tier was a bit tricky to put together, because of the rounded corners of the panels they kept trying to shift out of the clips, but that may have just been me. Once you have the first row complete the rest follow without much hassle.I found as I went that once I completed a row giving the whole things a tight "hug” tended to help pop any stubborn panels into place and fully locked into the clips.All in all a fantastic unit, still tweaking door panels a bit here and there to get them to close properly, but great for the price.I did find one panel that was beginning to split at a seam, but I used that for a top panel on the upper row so it would not have any weight on it and would not be seen, also a couple of the door panels were a bit bent on the corners, but I put them on the bottom row, and may trim them later if it continues to bug me.
