came in a shrink wrap. Inside were 3 separate cellophane packages of products. My Min Pin weighs 13 pounds and the medium size fits him just right. The promotional photo looks much better than live. The red material is thin and feels like felt. The white trim is falling off, especially the balloons on the Santa hat and cape. This is a very cheap quality - something anyone with a sewing machine can do in minutes. The bow tie is made from a ribbon similar to that used to wrap gifts. The chin strap on the Santa hat is too long and fastens with Velcro; everything else is actually nice but very smelly, like toxic paint. My dog doesn't like wearing it. I'd like to wash it to get rid of the smell, but it's too thin even for hand washing - it will fall apart. It's definitely lower quality than what you can find in pet stores, but also cheaper. I bought it mainly for a Santa hat and from all that the hat is not left. I need to change the chin strap to fit. If you are looking for quality, save money and buy in store. But if your pet is only going to wear it for some quick photos with Santa, give it a try. Just be aware that it is very smelly and can make you and your pet sick if exposed for too long.
