Update: No Support, I've tried to contact with no success. Avoid this product and use Philips, the best trimmer and customer service. The tip has cracked, I have had this razor for a little over a month and the tip just popped out and there is nothing I can do to keep it going. When it worked it was fine, a bit like a bobby pin, it worked better than some of the others I've tried recently. I am very disappointed as the build seemed like a quality product. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone as the outside build betrays the inside. The top came off once and it took me about an hour to put it back on, but I'm done now. If it appears to be attached, it really grabs and then pops out.
