Bunches up at back of knee

It isn't terrible, it does certainly provide good stable support. I had meniscus surgery and it helps a tremendous amount getting me through the day. The problem is I work 12 hours a day on a farm, and by mid afternoon this thing will bunch up on the backside. It can become quite uncomfortable and then require adjusting so your skin doesn't get shredded up. For now it is the best option I've found.

These compression sleeves really help support my old knees. Highly recommended.
