I'm always on the lookout for silicone free hair conditioners. So many do. This product doesn't work. I really like how it works on my dry curly hair. It really helps with frizz. I can even use a little as a leave-in conditioner to really help my curls stay in control and beautiful! The smell is somewhat similar to coconut but a bit with a touch of perfume. I used Kandee's Mermaid Moisturizing Mask which is very similar to this one, but I like the smell of Mermaid Moisture much more than Cocomagic's. Both have very similar ingredients. Also, Mermaid Moisture is slightly better at $7.50 for 6 oz. Can compared to Cocomagic at $13 for an 8 ounce can. Both are good so maybe try both as the price is so good! Both products are as good as the $40 jar of other more expensive products in my opinion.
