A good product, more pros than cons.

I got it with the AF-P 18-55 VR lens, I didn’t regret it, the lens for the street is excellent, autofocus is fast and silent, it helps a lot when shooting video, there is something to compare with. I thought about buying another lens, better and brighter, but I realized that later I’ll buy the D 600 for photos, and leave the D 3300 for video. And it’s not so a pity to take it with you everywhere, and the image quality is enough for everyday use.

Pros
  • Small size and weight, all the same, sometimes they are also important. Excellent image quality, only autofocus misses. Silent lens motor, fast focusing with AF-P 18-55 VR lens. High available ISO values, many shooting modes. The resolution of the photo is quite enough, the pictures, if you get to the point, are very sharp, no worse with the D 800. Works well with my old Sigma EF 500 flash. The stabilizer helps, although it is turned on through the menu.
Cons
  • I understand that the price corresponds to the offer, but the upper display is terribly lacking, I previously used the D 80 and my father's D800. There are also few buttons, I would like to quickly control ISO, etc. Could not work with 50 1.8 even in manual mode. I would like more autonomy, the new D 3400 seems to have a larger battery, but you should not overpay. USB non-standard. No lens hood included. The lens mount is plastic, but if you do not change it often, I think there will be no problems.
