I am a lover of kitchen gadgets but lately they have gotten smaller so space in my kitchen is always an issue. The good thing about this peeler is that you can use the same tool to peel julienne or julienne. A vegetable peeler works very well and can be a good gift for a hostess. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that it takes a little getting used to using the blades. It was awkward at first, but after doing it twice I got the hang of it.
