Overall I would rate my experience an 8/10. The product is really creative and I'm so happy with the results that I plan on keeping it (I don't feel the need to throw everything away and start over). shielding the door again, which to be honest bothered me a bit before I started the project). As far as the downsides go, in my view it all comes down to a perfect fit with minimal space between the frame and the screen. I have some DIY experience re-screening window screens in my house and still found the installation process using tape and magnets quite difficult to get it right. My bottom line isn't perfect but good enough most days (not super buggy and not very windy) and so far my dog loves the freedom to get in and out.
