I bought this model because it was nice and big. Unfortunately, you can only use the included mount. This stand would be much more valuable if it had a standard 1/4" screw mount like those used in camera mounts. You cannot use this stand to take a picture with the rear camera as the mount covers the screen from the front. So much for using it to set up a shot with your best camera and then take a photo with the remote. I can cut off the top tube and install a 1/4" screw cap to attach it. Such a shame.
