I bought this based on my experience with this company. I sent it back because it was frozen after a few days. I had to turn it off and restart, I also noticed that the device was very hot, unusual. I know I could call them to troubleshoot, but I don't want to do it with a new article as I think they will force me to do the same thing I've done several times before. Reload it and I guess it shouldn't be necessary for the price, it wasn't cheap. It had very good features but the cable needs to be longer as I use a platform for my laptop. They have to make the cable longer or supply two cables longer than the other company I use. Problem solved. Of course, it would be necessary to make the cable detachable. I think I would return the product for that reason alone as I was annoyed at having to put the hub on some sort of shelf. They are a very good company, I have hyper batteries that last for years. I hope they fix the problems with this hub but it didn't work for me.
