. I received the V3 device on 5/20/16. Experiment. Sorry I can't answer questions in case anyone has them. For dd-wrt the consensus seems to be flashing first to dd-wrt.v24-23569_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e2500V3.bin and then to dd-wrt .v24-26947_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e2500.bin. --- The E2500 dd-wrt wiki contains basic information about flashing. Read it and all links. For V3 use duckduckgo to search: dd-wrt.v24-23569_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e2500V3.bin ciscodlink To get a mirror for the file (became hard to find). Now search with Duckduckgo: Everything looks perfect, except that the WiFi doesn't work. Bladex21 And in this thread there will be many details and links for flashing V3. Read bhuggins' post at the bottom of the last page and reference the e2500 dd-wrt wiki and your router will be flashed in no time. I just installed dd-wrt on mine and it works fine. but I'll probably try Tomato as well since dd-wrt doesn't support 5Ghz wifi while Tomato does. Find: 9.- That's it. They have a TomatoUSB on an E2500 with a working 5GHz radio and all, and the yahoo link answers "What tomato firmware should I install on the Linksys E2500 V3?", the question gives a working tomato -Installation option (Tomato-E2500-NVRAM60K -1.28.RT-N5x -MIPSR2-121-Max.bin)
