I am very happy with this LED light. It fit my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium perfectly and was a relatively easy replacement. The original bulb is very solid and I had to be aggressive to remove it, but that's okay because even if you break the plastic of the old one, don't worry because you're replacing the entire plastic block with the new LED. Making electrical connections was easy with the flat metal ends and there was plenty of slack in the wires to make it easier. Electrical tape was not needed as my wires had an insulating plastic sheath on the female end. When you slide the new LED block onto the underside of the mirror, I recommend first tilting the end without the tab and pressing down firmly, then pressing the end of the tab and hearing a click (make sure you do that align end with tab). Before pressing, press the tab in the lower rearview mirror opening). Be aggressive by squeezing both ends with good force as they are tight. They worked great and even better than I had hoped (didn't flicker and were much brighter than the original bulbs). I'm very glad I switched them to OEM. Fast shipping and arrived great. I highly recommend it.
