I like that it's very easy to use, and has a wide range of features. It also has a free version which is great. The price can be steep at times for enterprise clients. It also lacks some key features such as file size limits for users and the ability to integrate with other systems. The support team is also not always up-to-date with the latest releases. I recommend trying out the trial first to see if you are comfortable with the product before making a decision. We have been able to quickly onboard new users without having to worry about training them on our existing system.
