We (my wife and I) found this product to be very good value for money. However, there are several "problems". First you need to make sure that the hook on the handle is inserted in the direction of the arrow (first photo). Press firmly and use the brush slowly. The repetitive motion can move the handle if you're not careful. I thought of drilling a small hole and inserting a small screw to hold it together. We just slowed down and the handle stayed in place. Second, there is a loop on the brush (second photo). This means you really need to keep the brush as flat as possible in relation to the screen. We have a lot of pollen here and that cleaned it up well the first time. We recommend wetting the screen first, then cleaning it with soapy water and rinsing thoroughly. We washed the screens inside and out, rinsing between washes. I wish the wash pad was bigger just because we used it for the pool pressure gauge parts. We would definitely buy it again, especially if the pillow was bigger.
