I have been an exerciser for many years and have tried many different pre-workouts over the years. This one is great because the consistency and dissolving power are perfect. The energy you receive is smooth and not jittery and also gives you that good tingling and pumping feeling you would expect from a pre-workout! I personally rotate pre-workout meals so I use half a scoop of this product as a full scoop is more than I need for a heavy workout. We will be back when this is over!
