Good product, no support
The product itself is excellent, but due to a lack of recommendations on the height of the route, I knock it down. Track installation instructions recommend a height of 4 feet off the ground. If you follow this, you can only hang the smallest toddler bikes on the hooks. After installing, removing and reinstalling the handlebars at 5ft 4in, my bike's rear tire is still on the ground, but I call it a good one. If you're looking for a system from a manufacturer that offers manuals, design services, advice and after-sales service, I've had better luck with Flowwall.
