I don't know about adhesion yet, I'm using hot glue now but I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong so here it is crack. However, this is definitely a great eva foam for light projects. I think mine is 6mm and it's actually pretty durable, I can cut through it like butter with a regular $6 Xacto knife. I have 3 reels because I know I'll ruin what I do right away, but I can say I can do some good with this material. You definitely need plastidip and spray paint, the foam scratches very easily. Because it comes rolled up, it's difficult to work with until you flatten it. I don't have a heat gun so I took a piece of cotton fabric and an iron and ironed the fabric over the foam not to melt it but to warm it up and smooth it out. If you encounter this problem, please use this method. Although it works great
