It took less than 5 minutes to remove the old shower head and assemble this shower head with adjustable arm strap and hose (sold separately). There are many very thin jets, strong enough to wash everything off quickly, but very invigorating and pleasant. The jet has a slightly slower flow rate (around 2.4 GPM) than my old shower (2.5 GPM) but appears to be 50% more powerful. I never put shower water directly in my face because chlorine irritates my skin and dries it terribly, but I wanted to see what happens with this shower head and now I have no hesitation in washing my face. I couldn't like it anymore. Filters are expensive for this length. Time they're good for but I'm all in this winner in the long run!
