I bought this for my daughter as part of her science class at home. It was easy to set up, easy to clean, and the instructions were simple. We used dental floss (sold separately) and it was delicious. The only downside is the sugar particles left in the center unit, which cannot be fully extracted. Therefore, when storing, cover the center piece with some kind of plastic to prevent critters from entering your cupboards. Overall great product.
