Convenient smart design
The design of these double-headed screws is perfect for hanging anything. The threads are coarse, which is good for drywall. The screws taper towards the tip so that they can also be easily screwed in with a hand screwdriver. By being flush with the drywall, the waffle head is more secure than using a partially driven regular drywall or wood screw, which has much less holding pressure. They're a bit more expensive compared to drywall or wood screws, but they're functionally superior and can be worth the extra cost. It would be nice to see them in larger bulk packs at a lower price.
