Great if you get your exercise plan from a doctor but not from a sports coach.
If you are exercising to try to keep from having a heart attack or a stroke or to lose some weight, this is a very nice and very convenient piece of equipment. An excellent value, with emphasis on value. If you are training to do seriously well in the Boston Marathon, this isn't going to be for you UNLESS just want it to occasionally augment more commercial or expensive equipment, or you only very occasionally need an ultra-portable treadmill, which this most certainly is.
