***Update***. The air purifier still works great and I can tell the difference but I spent an hour and a half on the phone with this company and provided all my personal information and was told if the feedback was positive I would get a free filter replacement which was never the case happened. came. It sucks to promise a good review that I would have given anyway. So be careful because you will spend a whole 1/2 hour on the phone for NOTHING! I am deducting a few stars for this, not because of the product but because of the customer service. This cleaner is amazing. Cleans the room in super fast time. I sleep better, it's almost inaudible on low settings and the room smells fresh and clean. I definitely recommend this product
