This is the most uncomfortable ladle I've ever used! Great concept, bad design!

I'm trying to figure out how it got good reviews. This is the most uncomfortable ladle I've ever used. It sounds great in theory, but it's designed so the angle you're pouring at is too hard, and if you hold it at the wrong angle it'll fall off somewhere else. I've used it for 5 can loads just in case there's a learning curve, but I hated it more with each mess and scald. Seller doesn't pay postage so it's not worth returning. :-(
