NO good for me good for computer accessories and peripherals

Well I really wanted it to work. At first I thought it was a bug because it didn't fit tightly enough into the laptop's USB-C ports and could just fall out. But with a little more effort I found that I had to use STRONG pressure to get it to stay in place, but after applying it was fine. (Correctly). Nothing fancy, but it would be inconvenient because my power cord only reaches one side of the laptop. Second, when you plug the PSU into the hub on the right, it supplies power intermittently (the hub is firmly seated). In other words, it turns on and off every few seconds. And third, and probably the most problematic, my Apple SuperDrive doesn't work since it's not a powered hub (kinda weird because it's plugged directly into a power source!). I will probably return it. Update: I also noticed that it does NOT have 3 USB ports as advertised. Instead, what I got only has 2 USBs, but it has 2 USB-C and one HDMI port. It's actually a small upgrade, although for my purposes I'd use USB instead of HDMI + 2nd USB-C. Also, I found a way to get SuperDrive to work by changing the NVRAM. The only real issue is that I can't charge my laptop through the hub. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional. I ordered a replacement to see if the issue was resolved. 2nd Update: Pure crap. they sent me a replacement and it still doesn't have the advertised 3 usb 3.0 ports. only 2. Also, both ports don't work at all. Strangely, it connects to the other side of my laptop (the label on both devices is facing up). However, USB-C will power my laptop, but only from 1 of the 2 ports!

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Some little things
