Update: This collar has actually lasted a few years. The dogs are very old now and don't need them anymore but the collars are the same as the day I bought them. Keep in mind that people will likely ignore the collars and still approach them, so take other precautions. I bought two of these, one for my (small and medium) 17 lb Jack Russell and the other for my (large) 50 lb Chow mix. My issues were that the collar wasn't as thick as most collars and the orange color wasn't as reflective. I was expecting a thicker collar (like a double layer) which I'll be buying from Walmart and an orange that looks like a hunting orange and will catch your eye. Just because it's not as thick as I expected doesn't mean it's not durable. My little dog has worn a leather collar for many years because she destroyed it and it has held up very well. I also didn't like that the smaller collar only says "no dogs" twice so you end up cutting off the "no dogs" part if you have to adjust to a smaller dog. You'll need to adjust it regularly as the buckle slips a little after a few walks. I searched for a while before buying this, comparing the quality of other products and their prices, this was the best buy. Excellent product, arrived quickly.
