I love my Tomtoc case for my 2020 13" Macbook Pro. It's high quality and fits everything I need to work on my computer. from straps to YKK zippers) - You can register the product for a 12-month warranty extension - Protects my laptop well thanks to the padded laptop sleeve and soft double bottom - Enough space in the laptop sleeve (I have a 13" MB Pro with a hard case on it and I put the laptop in my case and then put it in my pocket and there's still enough room left so it doesn't feel loose or unprotected in any way by the velcro case) - a really large amount fits - everything is very well organized (2 front pockets, one front pocket has one special place for a credit/debit card with RFID protection, a large paper/folder pocket, there is a small open pocket with a padded tablet [I have one iPad 7 1st gen which is 1,0,25 inch with an otter sleeve and it fits pretty well in a tablet case but it fits!), and a large main pocket for everything else) - you can pocket carry it by the wrist straps or like a messenger bag over the shoulder or crossbody. The messenger/body/shoulder strap is padded, adjustable and detachable. The grommets used to slip onto the strap are a great place to attach your keys/keychain - it has an expandable (zip-open) water bottle holder [or tripod] on the side of the bag. Cons: - wish they came in more colors - not a fan of interior design. Greenish streaks are reminiscent of a smooth appearance. This makes it old. I would like gray or black with polka dots. - Theo's front pockets do not open fully. They open in an L shape. I don't really care, but it might for you. I wish they had put the felt lining in the laptop sleeve too - it's made from new materials (not eco-friendly) - it's made in China (unlike some) This is not a paid review. This is my honest review and I paid full price for this bag. I did a lot of research before choosing this bag and I'm so glad I made the right decision. I really like this bag.
