I wish I could give less than one star! My 6 month old wore it for just under a week even though it looked like the plastic beaded necklace your child brought home from summer camp. After inquiry we came back for a refund and bought another one. If you are looking for a teething relief necklace for your baby, please save your time and money. That's not it. If you want a cute pearl necklace then this is for you. Just take care of your baby because what I had was a click lock not a twist lock son, my 21 month old son has ripped it off countless times.
