I love that the main zip opening is on the back so nothing falls out when the zip is even unzipped. There are 2 side pockets with zips well hidden under a small flap so the zips are not spread all over the pack. For me the size is large, fits as much as a purse but the back is not bulky. The ONLY negative I can say is that the 2 real back straps don't stay in place. The metal piece that adjusts the length moves and is not stuck. I attached it with a few simple stitches once I found the right length. I would definitely buy it again or recommend it.
