Listen! I love locomotives! I use crochet braids as protection over my real curls. I've been wearing crochet braids over curls for over 2 years. I've been wearing crochet braids almost my entire life. Even if they were small, skinny and ugly. I say all of this to say that these are the most itchy things I have ever experienced in my life! I heard that some hairs are itchy so I thought ahead and soaked these tresses in white vinegar for 2 hours. However, they were extremely hard and itchy! Since I like curly hair, I started curling it to not only give it a curl but also to soften it. I had to dip them twice. They got a little softer. But it still felt itchy. I figured I could handle that on my shoulders, no big deal. I did my hair on Sunday, tonight is Tuesday night. I'm ready to get her out of my head right now! But I can't because I have an Afro-Mermaid conference/summit in Miami that I'm leaving for tomorrow. This hair is driving me to hell in Miami. I'm not kidding when I say I've never experienced anything like this in my life! They are so itchy on my scalp it feels like my skin is on fire with itching! It's so bad I've taken Claritin if it's an allergy and Tylenol for more. But still I'm sitting here and my scalp itches. I sprayed my scalp with a leave-in conditioner. This helps, but does not stop the severe itching of these hairs. Editing. Today is now Thursday. I am 100% sure the ulcers start on my scalp. I can't wait to get home on Tuesday to pick them up. On the Sunday after the last mermaid event, they come out immediately! Something is wrong with them, I don't know if it's the chemistry or what?! I'm angry that I wasted my money. Not only for the hair, but in order to pay my stylist for it, I have to dye my hair again, pay her again and buy other hair. Because in the second I'm back from vacation. I can get this crap out of my head. Whoever did this should go back and find out how not to itch them or stop itching them. The colors are great! But it's not worth the pain! I wish I had enough time to re-dye my hair, but I don't have any. 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
