It can be difficult to find employees who are willing to accept their benefits once they know what they will receive in return. We've found that our employees are more likely to be excited about taking the benefit if they don't know exactly what they'll get. As long as you can afford it, this program is worth considering. We were able to attract new hires with the promise of great benefits. It was very easy to navigate through the site, I felt like it was very user friendly! The customer service is great as always. I wish they had more benefits available for employees and not so much of a "pay per use" type business model.
