I wanted a flat iron/curling iron in one to take with me on the go and now I use it at home too! I wanted something with more than 1 temperature setting as well as an auto shut off feature so I bought this. The velcro on the thermal bag came loose before I even used it. It was barely sewn on. But the iron works great and once I figured out how to change the temperature and then lock it I was very happy to use it. I like that I can put it on the counter and the heat doesn't damage the counter. I also like the tip for holding. It's a barrel bigger than I used so my bangs aren't as frizzy but I've had 2 compliments on my hair since I started using it so this is my win!
